The Annual Christmas Parade

Sheng Chi Kung Fu stolen the show with a block-long entry with a float, Chinese Dragon and Foo Dog.

American Legion Bill Brinlee Post No. 102 started the parade and won honors as the best senior honor guard.

Foothill Fire Department Assistant Chief Jeff Palm led a contingent of the local volunteer firefighters.

The VSABA’s Citizens of the Year – the Belmont family, Bob and Virginia Belmont and daughters Gail Belmont and Diana Gigliotti - were the parade’s grand marshals.

RE/MAX in the Country had another outstanding float for the parade.

Double Springs Ranch won an award for the best vintage emergency equipment.

Cub Scout Pack 352 was the parade's best junior honor guards.

The Jenny Lind Fire Protection District made a grand entrance with its red fire truck.

HRC - Head Start had a large contingent of marchers.

The AWANA youth group reminded everyone what the holiday is all about.

Calaveras Cheer Xplosion impressed the crowd with its activities.

Foothill Classic Car Club had plenty of hot rods to thrill parade watchers.

Santa and Mrs. Claus talk with the children.
